About me

My academic journey has centered around neuroscience, psychology, and biology—fields where understanding the human condition is both art and science. But alongside rigorous study, I spend time immersed in tactile, expressive practices: ceramics, nail art, and fabric painting. These keep me grounded and creative.

Portfolio

My portfolio reflects a balance of science, research, and art. From Health science electives and neuroscience research papers to medical shadowing and ongoing CNA training, I explore health science in depth. Alongside, ceramics, technical theatre, and nail art highlight my creativity. Each project—academic or artistic—represents curiosity, discipline, and a genuine love for learning beyond boundaries.

Extracurricular Activities

My extracurriculars reflect both curiosity and balance. From archery, where I’ve competed at state and national levels for 4 years and won many titles including 3rd Team at Nationals, to ceramics, nail art, and tech theatre, where I explore creativity, each activity shapes a different side of me. Archery demands extreme focus where even a slight variation in breathing changes your arrow’s path. The various art forms I work with let me explore my imagination.

Leadership

Leadership, for me, is about guiding with empathy and quiet strength. As Archery Team Captain, Relay for Life Team Leader, and a Lead Volunteer at the Perot Museum, I’ve learned to support, motivate, and organize with purpose. Through IMERXN Young Innovators, I extend this impact globally, working on projects that blend vision with responsibility.

Volunteering

Volunteering has been central to my growth. I received President’s Volunteer Service Award GOLD in 2023. At the Perot Museum, I engaged visitors with various science exhibits and later mentored peers as a Lead Volunteer. As a Teacher Assistant at Metroplex Tamil Academy, I supported students in language learning and cultural literacy. These roles deepened my sense of responsibility, empathy, and community impact.

My certifications reflect both academic rigor and practical readiness. From BLS, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens training to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator credentials, each milestone represents discipline, precision, and applied skill. These achievements prepare me not just for future studies in health science, but also for creative problem-solving across diverse fields.
